No guaranteed match or outcome
A submitted enquiry may not produce a match, callback, site visit or quote. Availability depends on the tenant plumber and the information provided. The site does not promise an immediate answer, a particular arrival time, a fixed price, successful diagnosis, permanent repair or any result from work arranged after a referral.
Your agreement with the plumber
You decide whether to appoint the plumber and contract with that plumber directly. Before work starts, verify identity and relevant registration, confirm whether a CoC is required, agree the scope and exclusions, understand payment and cancellation terms, and record the guarantee period. The plumber is responsible for their own advice, quotes, scheduling, work, staff, materials and compliance.
Emergency information
Website guidance is general and cannot assess immediate danger. Do not rely on a form submission where people, electrical systems, structures or sanitation are at urgent risk. Contact the appropriate emergency service or specialist and act only where it is safe.

Acceptable use
Do not submit false, abusive, unlawful or automated enquiries; interfere with site security; attempt unauthorised access; or use another person’s contact details without authority. The site may reject or block misuse.

Personal information submitted through the form is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Read that policy before sending an enquiry.
South African law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute should first be raised with the relevant contracting party and handled through the appropriate South African process or court with jurisdiction.

The terms may be updated when the service, tenant arrangements or law changes. The site owner must add the final legal operator name, address and contact channel before accepting live enquiries.
